Dorman open to rail improvements in Hume

Goulburn Greens Member Bill Doorman has joined calls to remove freight off the Hume Highway and onto rail.

Trials for B Triples could begin as early as next year, when the Hume is upgraded to a minimum four lane divided carriageway.

Mr. Doorman says government needs to invest more in rail.
